Work Licences
You can apply for a restricted work licence if you have been charged with drink or drug driving. You can’t if your offence is driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Or failing to provide a specimen of breath (at a police station).

A SHO is a court order that allows you to continue to drive on your driver’s licence under stated restrictions. The restrictions may include (but are not limited to):
